Ingredients:
- 2 medium Chopped Tomato and 1 medium Union
- 1 cup Chopped Iceberg salad
- Zatziki -2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
- 500 gram ground beef
Moroccan Kefta Kebab
- 1 pound ground beef (or lamb, or a combination of the two)
- Optional: 3 ounces beef or lamb fat
- 1 medium onion (chopped very fine or grated)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves (excellent with lamb)

- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp oil
