- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves (excellent with lamb)
